The Management Board of ZPC "SKAWA"S.A. informs Shareholders that, on the basis of Article 17 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts, the Ordinary General Meeting of ZPC "SKAWA" S.A., which took place on July 24, 2020, passed Resolution No. 9 on the selection of Bank Pekao SA - Biuro Maklerskie Pekao /KRS 0000014843/ based in Warsaw at Wołoska Street No. 18 as the entity designated to maintain the Company's Shareholders' Register.
