Information clause for candidates for employment at ZPC SKAWA S.A.

Information about the processing of personal data in Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego "SKAWA" S.A. (hereinafter: ZPC "SKAWA" SA, the Company)

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform,
that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is ZPC "SKAWA" SA based in Wadowice address: 34-100 Wadowice, ul. Młyńska 66

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a)/RODO and Articles 221 and 221a of the Labor Code, or for the purpose of subsequent recruitment if your separate consent is given in your resume for subsequent recruitment.
  4. The recipients of your data may be authorities authorized to process such data under the law, as well as entities providing services in the delivery and servicing or hosting of systems or IT tools for processing personal data.
  5. Your data will not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  6. Your resume will be stored for a period of 6 months if you give your consent in your resume to be processed for subsequent recruitment, and then it will be destroyed. In the case of submitting a resume for a specific recruitment after the recruitment is completed, the document will be destroyed;
  7. You have the right to access and rectify the content of your data and:
  • The right to erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability - subject to laws and regulations restricting these rights;
  • The right to withdraw consent, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, when processing is carried out on the basis of consent;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, about the processing of personal data in violation of the provisions of the RODO.
  1. Your provision of personal data to the extent provided by Article 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure.
  2. ZPC "SKAWA" SA does not make any decisions that are based on automated processing, including profiling.
