Information about the processing of personal data in Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego "SKAWA" S.A. (hereinafter: ZPC "SKAWA" SA, the Company)

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform you that:

  • sending commercial information, provided that you give your consent in the content of the message to the processing of your data for this very purpose.
  1. Recipients of your personal data may be entities that provide hosting services for systems or IT tools for processing personal data.
  2. Your data will not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship or for a period of time corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that the Company may raise and that may be raised against the Company.
  4. You have the right to access and rectify the content of your data and:
  • The right to erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability - subject to laws and regulations restricting these rights;
  • The right to withdraw consent, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, when processing is carried out on the basis of consent;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, about the processing of personal data in violation of the provisions of the RODO.
  1. Provision of personal data is voluntary but is a condition for undertaking correspondence with you.
  2. ZPC "SKAWA" SA does not make any decisions that are based on automated processing, including profiling.
